Ive browsed all through the net with no dice on finding the old orchestra hit sounds from the past and was wondering if theres a method of reproducing this sound from scratch. The Orchestra Hit (also called Orchestra Stab) is a short sample of a tutti-chord in a classical orchestra piece. Kind of like that song The Jonzun Crew - Pack Jam at (4:33), or them hits off of any of Techmaster P.E.B.'s songs such as It Came From Outer Bass or Techno Bass Beats. I tried combining some staccato sounds of violins, cellos, violas, trumpets, french horns, and a bass drum but it was sounding too much like a real orchestra to even bother using in electro. The orchestra hit samples i have doesnt have that techno feel. As a musician, I make my own electro, but I am missing a key element which are the stabs and hits.
